My friend and colleague Christine Arylo has declared February 13th Madly in Love with Me Day, and this year, she is hosting a fantastic event for us at the Claremont in Berkeley.

Last year I participated, photographing and reflecting back to women their beautiful selves. This year, I will again join forces with amazing transformational teachers and performers because I believe self-love is the foundation of true joy and self expression. We will share and teach the new feminine super powers every 21st century woman needs. Let us trade in self-criticism, feelings of unworthiness, overwhelm and exhaustion for unwavering self-love. Sustaining and taking care of ourselves is the only way to create sustaining lives of self expression and success. And the world, indeed, need us to succeed at this time.

What excites me most is that this isn’t just another workshop or conference with break out sessions. This is an experience that you, me and 200 women will have together… we will spend the entire day together at the beautiful Claremont Resort where we will play, shift, be inspired and best of all leave more in love with ourselves than we could ever imagine!
